By participating, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation in this event. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dean Carter Group, Dean Carter Chevrolet, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and event organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or expense sustained by me, my passengers, my vehicle, or my personal property while participating in or attending this event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dean Carter Group from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, arising from my participation in the event or my actions during the event. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the security, condition, insurance, and operation of my vehicle and any personal belongings brought to the event. Dean Carter Group assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property. I certify that I possess and maintain the insurance coverage required by applicable law.

I also grant Dean Carter Group permission to photograph or record my vehicle, likeness, and participation during the event and to use such photographs or video for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or further approval. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
